Ok folks, DJ Ranger is once again coming back to the States and we need to make some plans.
What crazy North American food should he try this year? List your favorites in the comments and I'll try to make it happen!

Rocky Mountain Oysters?

(I can't call it a favorite; never had them myself, but they'd be an interesting choice.)

Other ideas: Some cajun food, maybe some crayfish/crawdads/whatever your region calls them.
A good oldfashioned Southern style Sunday dinner, with all the fixings.
Baked Alaska

You can always have pork or sausage gumbo without the seafood. How about frogs' legs?

Rocky mountain oysters should still be a go- not a hint of seafood in them. :D

Yes, but he did already say that he needs to stay away from nuts.
